@chupathingy: You're right. "Everyone's fair share" and "additional reforms" are easy to say, but the policy specifics are hard. That's why they say passing laws is like sausage being made.

Obama has been going after the "tax break" for moving jobs overseas since his 2010 SOTU. But really -- how much is the treasury losing from moving expenses for a company that shifts to a plant in China? It seems unlikely that's the big reason for outsourcing.
