Going on in the Senate, Sen. Chappelle-Nadal (D-St. Louis) says she's switching her vote from no to yes. Says she's doing it to "Put Missouri first."
"If Doe Run does something wrong," the EPA can fine them, Sen. Chappelle-Nadal says.
The Doe Run bill capping punitive damages at $2.5 million will take effect in 30 days, which is about when one of the trials begins.
Now we're onto the anti-Agenda 21 bill. Both of the final bills are sponsored by Senator Brian Nieves.
