Schupp paraphrases Supreme Court Justice Scalia, saying that right to bear arms isn't without limits.

Now Funderburk is being questioned by a fellow supporter of the bill. Say the bill only deals with federal laws that violate constitutional rights.
Funderburk says he's been in constant talks with NRA via lobbyists. Says the bill wasn't a priority for the NRA, but he wouldn't say they are against it.
"Have you read the bill?" Democratic Rep. Colona asks.
Now he's deriding the press for not serving as a watchdog sufficiently on this bill.
He refers to the bill as a "fantasyland," and says the 2nd amendment can be regulated just like the 1st.
